Paleo Diet Cook Book

Paleo Diet Cook Book

A paleo diet usually includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Basically foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering. A paleo diet limits foods that became common when farming came to be. These foods include dairy products, legumes, and grains.

Many call it the caveman or stone-age diet. it’s basically a high-protein, a high-fiber eating plan that promises you can lose weight. To be honest you are going to lose weight once you change to a better diet. When you have a poor diet that consists of cakes and cookies combined with greasy high-fat foods. The first two months you change that up expect to drop a few pounds. This diet gives you the tools to keep on that diet for weeks on end.

Now keep in mind you can’t eat any processed foods on this diet. And since the ones who started it all wayyyy back in the day were hunter-gatherers, not farmers, say goodbye to wheat and dairy, along with other grains and legumes (such as peanuts and beans). Other foods to avoid:

  • Dairy
  • Refined sugar
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Refined vegetable oils, such as canola

This is where the Paleo Grubs Cook Book comes in.
