Week 2.. Same results but Josh and Kelly were starting to show a nice difference. They did more cardio than me and had a better diet so very awesome for them..
Weeks 3.. Josh stayed his same weight but much leaner.. Kelly went down to 118 and it was a very hard looking 118.. I started to lose a little I went down to 234 I stepped up my cardio and cut out the bagels..
Week 4.. Josh lost some water weight we think and finished at 257 pounds looking great for his next show we hope he does well and wins.. Kelly stayed at 118 but was ripped she has a bad ass six pack.. As for me I actually got down to 230 lost two belt sizes and felt a lot lighter..
Overall..
