Our Trusty Interns Wild Bill and Terri were elected to do this one just to see how this supplement works with regular people.. They do not work out or even have time for a Gym Workout..
But they eat right and do the regular keeping fit by after dinner or morning walks.. Bill does an hour walk after dinner and Terri 30 to 45 min both walk 3 to 4 times a week as I stated they are just regular people with lives that want to lose a little weight around a busy schedule .. They did this for two months no interruptions . Stayed away from bread no carbs and had two cheat days a week..
Bill was at 250 pounds And was able to shed 15 pounds and Terri was at 140 and took off a solid 10 pounds. I know you are saying that is not much, but all they did was go for walks and watch their diets while working full time jobs.. To be honest just imagine if they went that extra mile so to speak.. I was at 238 pounds and cut out the carbs not really cut out but cut them down dramatically. I love to eat macaroni so maybe once every two weeks. And I totally cut out pizza.. I ate 4 to 5 times a day small portioned meals and worked out 3 to 4 times a week going with light weight high reps. And cardio 30 to 45 min after the weights. ..

What we Think..
We like any fat burner supplement diet is everything . You can’t have tacos before bed and cake for breakfast then take it and think that you are going to get super ripped like Arnold Schwarzenegger. And you have to have some kind of exercise walking jogging weights something like that..
Now I took this for two months and I liked it. Gave me good energy and suppressed my appetite but I was still hungry when I needed to be. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. I did not have any huge proportions and a sensible diet.. I even have two cheat days a week now I did not get super ripped but did go down 2 belt sizes which is pretty awesome.. I try to control how big my gut gets from all my traveling.. I wanna say this is an average fat burner that does work..But when you do it correctly..
Now we are different people so results may vary if you want to try it awesome you may even like it.. You see I switch Fat Burners so my body does not get used to any one and the results are not as good. So that is just a suggestion..
