Not to mention it only has 2 grams of sugar which is a big plus for us. Now it can be a little dry but its not Peanut Butter out of the Jar Dry. and what we didn’t like was the size they seemed really small to us but other than that not bad and it makes our list…
3. Power Crunch Whey Protein Bars
We really like the Power Crunch Whey Protein Bars, they are a nice change from your run-of-the-mill Protein Bars. Now you may notice they are a tad different starting with the type of bar its more kind of like a wafer really light kind and we love that so it does not sit in your stomach like a lead bar like the old Twin Lab Gainers Fuel bars back in the day. Not to mention the Wafer tastes a lot better but at the same time can also be a little dry as well but in all we love it. Again a little small for us but in all very tasty and gives us the protein we need. And being low in sugar coming in at 5 grams…
