First off huge congratulations on losing your weight and achieving your personal goals .. Be Proud of your had work and determination you absolutely earned it ! And we are very glad that you did, we are not just some writers of a blog showing you cool stuff.

But we do hope you finish what you set out to do, because to be honest a few of the writers here. And including myself we were at one time either way outta shape and immensely overweight. We are not talking about your average pot belly or beer gut. We are talking that I had an actual health issue were the doctor told me I had to lose weight or I would be in big trouble with my health.
