On an empty stomach it worked really quick giving me A nice even boost of energy and my body warmed up nicely giving me a good sweat.. But it only lasted an hour and half but that could be because of a tolerance I have Built up over the past few weeks..

Now two days later I took it a two hours after eating a small breakfast two egg whites and some bacon.
