Boombod is a drink for weight loss, its a weight loss shot you drink 3 times a day for 7 days. It is supposed to help you lose weight, reduce your appetite, and cleanse you without laxatives. While eliminating bloating. It’s gluten-free and vegan with no sugar or aspartame while coming in at only 10 calories.

Now the biggest question is does it work? We can only say between 3 of us two of us saw amazing results, while one of us did ok and that is fine. Because if you have been working out and into fitness as long as we have. You will know that not everything you take is going to work for you. Or you may not see the same results as your workout partner, with some products you may not see any results at all.

Because each and every one of us is different, from our body types to the way our bodies act to certain vitamins or even foods. Back in 1990 there was a supplement called Hot Stuff and it worked great more than great amazing. But they got caught putting and ingredient in there they should have not been and well had to change the formula and just never really was the same for me again. But still worked rather well for my workout partner. With that being said we really like the concept of this supplement.

What liked was the taste and the discipline of it, to be honest, I am guilty of missing two-morning shots but I still did rather well. Our one intern just went crazy with it she held an awesome diet, hit the gym like an animal especially with her cardio. And here results were pretty friggin amazing, now for the record, she had a good body that was in shape. But after 7 days it came out looking great.

Now as always I have to say number one do not always judge your results based on others. You will be disappointed every time, and well you can’t drink this and have Chicken Nuggets and Ice Cream every day with no physical movement neither. You have to have some kind of diet and exercise program. It doesn’t even have to be a bodybuilder or fitness model type routine, but you have to have something in place.

Now sometime during the year they added supplements to this amazing product. Digestive Enzymes, Hair-Skin and Nails, Mental Performance, Calm and Relaxation even one as a Multivitamin. Now we haven’t reviewed those yet but then again out reviews really do not matter and I am going to tell you why.

We can love this product and some reviewers like us won’t, in the end you will be taking it if you choose to do so. You may like it (we hope you do) or you may not, it may even work awesome for you or not. You will only know for sure is that if you take it for yourself in short. You can never take it and always wonder if it worked, or bite the bullet and achieve your fitness goal.
