When I saw this it reminded me of the Animal Packs I used to buy back in the day around the mid to late 90s. But in a yellow can and they were just supercharged vitamins really. They worked somewhat when I caught a cold but this is different this is for just for I want to say if you are already lean and this makes you look more defined.. It burns fat but is also more like a diuretic as well taking care of the water retention..
Now I am not a lean person I’m in shape but just in shape nothing special. Now one of our interns Justin is a young 28 years old and is lifeguard lean. And well he was up for the task and well we are paying him to be up for the task. after a day or two yes he was a lil more energetic and yes the annoying kind of happy morning time energetic. His diet is perfect too perfect but nevertheless its his thing so good for him.

Well..
Our Trusty Interns Wild Bill and Terri were elected to do this one just to see how this supplement works with regular people.. They do not work out or even have time for a Gym Workout..
But they eat right and do the regular keeping fit by after dinner or morning walks.. I was at 238 pounds and cut out the carbs not really cut out but cut them down dramatically. I love to eat macaroni so maybe once every two weeks. And I totally cut out pizza.. I ate 4 to 5 times a day small portioned meals and worked out 3 to 4 times a week going with light weight high reps. And cardio 30 to 45 min after the weights. ..
